Kathy Duford, DVM

Dr. Kathy Duford graduated from Michigan State University’s School of Veterinary Medicine in 1996.  She is known affectionately to her clients and staff as just “Dr. Kathy”.  Her gentle nature and soft-spoken words make her a natural with her animal patients. Dr Kathy has an interest in alternative therapies and natural diets. She also enjoys practicing preventative health care. Some of her fun hobbies are running, playing ukulele and pickle ball!

If you weren’t working in this field, what would you be doing?

I would have loved to be a musician, artist, or writer. Or maybe an astrophysicist.

What is your favorite place to travel?

Snorkeling in St. John/St. Thomas – magical.

What accomplishments are you most proud of?

Becoming a veterinarian.
