"It was pouring rain when we arrived at Waterway & we were met at our car w/an umbrella! We were put in a room immediately. The Vet tech was super friendly collecting all of Cappuccino's basic info & history. When the doctor came in, she actually sat on the floor to get Cappuccino-comfortable, he was nervous with the other animals around & thunderstorms. The Vet was so friendly, patient & knowledgeable, she knew Cap's history. They didn't try to sell unnecessary meds or vaccinations. Check out was a breeze, everyone at the front desk was kind & personable. We love Waterway Vet, we trust them with our very spoiled dog & definitely recommend them to others."
