Eliza Roland, DVM

Dr. Eliza Roland earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from North Carolina State University in 2007. She began her career in general practice in Franklin, NC, before relocating to the coast, where she now serves as Medical Director at Waterway Animal Hospital.

With a deep commitment to patient care and a passion for veterinary medicine, Dr. Roland brings both expertise and heart to every appointment. She has a special interest in dermatology and dentistry and is known for her sharp clinical skills, compassionate approach, and dedication to the well-being of every animal she treats. She is also a member of the AVMA.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Roland stays busy with her two daughters, two chihuahuas Edward and William, and her cat Kevin Bacon. Her love for animals and devotion to her patients make her a trusted and valued member of our team.
